Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing our client which is a retail company for sportswear. As their expansion they are currently hiring for a store supervisor located at Penang (Gurney Plaza & Queensbay Mall).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding store targets.
Monitor staff service standards to maximize overall store sales.
Utilize in-store systems and sales reports to optimize product placement and promote the full product range.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers.
Support staff training development and onboarding to ensure team growth and performance.

Requirements:

At least SPM
Minimum 1 year experience in retail/ supervisory role
Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
