About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Content Moderator Expert fluent in Spanish (LATAM) and this role you will be part of a team ensuring quality compliance and accuracy across content moderation workflows ID verification and escalations.
You will work onsite in Dublin supporting sensitive content review and contributing to high-quality operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate content across sensitive topics including:

Threats of violence self-harm promotion

Fraud theft poaching sale of restricted goods

Hate speech bullying impersonation privacy violations

Phishing spam malware
-
Child exploitation nudity pornography sexual solicitation

Conduct ID verification and access flow checks
- Support escalated cases and ensure proper handling according to guidelines

Apply cultural and regional awareness for nuanced decision-making

Provide feedback to improve workflows and operational quality
