Global Development Lead Healthcare Venture Platform

We are representing a well-capitalised global healthcare venture platform seeking a senior capital formation leader to drive UK fundraising and institutional investor strategy.
This is not an associate-level IR role.
This is a mandate to leverage and expand deep LP relationships across the UK market.
If you have raised capital from UK institutional investors and maintain active LP relationships this is built for you.
The Mandate
You will:
- Lead UK-focused fundraising initiatives
- Activate and deepen relationships with institutional LPs (pension funds family offices endowments fund-of-funds)
- Negotiate term sheets and coordinate capital raises
- Manage placement agents and fundraising processes
- Represent the platform in high-stakes LP discussions
- Serve as a senior bridge between capital partners and venture leadership
This is a revenue-driving relationship-first role.
Who This Is For
- 610 years in VC or Growth Equity
- Demonstrated UK LP network (not just exposure real relationships)
- Track record of supporting or leading capital raises
- Strong credibility with institutional investors
- Deep interest in healthcare investing
Founder experience (having raised venture capital yourself) is highly valued.
We are looking for someone who can walk into a room of UK LPs and be viewed as a peer.
