Job Overview
We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote position based in Greece.
You will support customers through multiple communication channels ensuring high service standards and efficient issue resolution. This role offers flexibility structured onboarding and the opportunity to grow within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat

Provide clear and accurate product or service information

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

Native or fluent German (C1C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7 rotation)

Customer-oriented mindset

EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization

Previous customer service experience is a plus
