Customer Service Specialist (all genders)
Job Summary
- Independent handling of customer inquiries complaints and issues via email
- Taking on additional tasks that support the operational business in our call centers
- Close collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows
- Supporting the quality team to ensure quality standards
- Assisting in documenting workflows in German and English
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service ideally in a call center environment
- Initial experience with Google Workspace Jira and Zendesk is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
- Quick comprehension proactivity and a strong sense of initiative
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
- Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken
- High resilience and strong team spirit
