Job Summary

  • Independent handling of customer inquiries complaints and issues via email
  • Taking on additional tasks that support the operational business in our call centers
  • Close collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows
  • Supporting the quality team to ensure quality standards
  • Assisting in documenting workflows in German and English

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service ideally in a call center environment
  • Initial experience with Google Workspace Jira and Zendesk is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
  • Quick comprehension proactivity and a strong sense of initiative
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken
  • High resilience and strong team spirit
