We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive executive-level support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman.
- Manage complex calendars scheduling and coordination of meetings including adapting efficiently to delays and last-minute changes.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence reports briefing notes and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and key stakeholders including Ministers General Managers foreign delegations and senior officials.
- Coordinate and support meetings with high-level local and international delegations.
- Ensure professional representation of the Chairmans office in all interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Handle travel arrangements itineraries and protocol requirements where necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or board-level leadership.
- Setting up and managing virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Managing digital calendars scheduling systems and shared executive calendars.
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to virtual meetings and office systems.
- High level of professionalism presentation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior government officials and international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
