As a Credit Control Officer you will play a key role in maximising revenue collections to allow for continued development and growth in the marketplace. You are adept at providing clear and concise communication to clients and internally. You work well in an environment with an established framework but with less direct supervision.
How will you create impact
Beyond ensuring a high level of cash flow you will be key in providing market-leading customer support and solutions to our clients. You will bring together creativity and innovation with problem-solving skills to ensure revenue is maximized promptly while also ensuring our clients receive the level of service they expect.
Some of the key activities of this role include:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts based in the United States and similar regions.
- Ensuring the timely collection of these accounts through various methods such as emails
- Escalating queries where necessary promptly to ensure fast turn-around and resolutions to any issues.
- Helping provide solutions to payment queries and issues referred to us by other teams and clients directly.
- Providing & communicating insights and opportunities to the Team Manager we all work collaboratively together towards our targets and identification of potential improvements is key to us.
