Our esteemed client a leading Vietnamese technology and IT services company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead international sales strategy drive revenue growth and expand market presence across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global commercial strategy across UK EU Middle East APAC and Vietnam.
- Manage international sales business development and customer success teams.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new AI-enabled solutions.
- Set revenue targets track KPIs and drive performance improvement.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at global events.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and delivery teams.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance commercial organization.
Key Requirements
- Senior leadership or C-level experience in tech software or IT outsourcing.
- Proven international sales and partnership success.
- Strong leadership negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Knowledge of AI and digital transformation trends.
