Your Daily Impact
In this B2B-focused role you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking corporate partners:
- Professional Communication: Manage inquiries via phone email and chat with a business-centric tone.
- Account Support: Assist clients with product technicalities account management and service optimization.
- Precision & Quality: Maintain detailed records in our CRM and ensure every corporate client receives premium service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with on-site team leads to resolve complex cases in real-time.
What Were Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or Fluent German (C1C2) solid English (B2).
- Social Energy: You enjoy being in an office environment and collaborating in person.
- Business Acumen: Ability to handle B2B interactions with professionalism and poise.
- Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Greek Work Permit.
