募集部門の紹介
大阪工場製造部は注射剤を製造している部門であり法令に基づいた高品質の医薬品を患者さんに届けるべく製剤の製造充填検査包装といった専門機能別組織体制をとっています
具体的には注射剤の内容物として薬物を含む粉末を製造するグループその粉末をシンリジやバイアルに充填するグループ製造した注射剤シリンジバイアルを検査して包装するグループおよびそれらのグループをサポートし注射用水の製造や工程管理設備管理などを行うグループプロダクションサポートで構成されています
本募集枠は検査包装グループの配属となります
職務内容
目視または機械での検査を通して注射器やバイアル注射薬を入れる小さな瓶等の不良箇所を特定し製品に問題がなければ箱詰め添付書類の封入ラベルの印字印字内容の検査段ボール詰め等の包装作業を行います
包装作業も手作業を中心としたものから機械操作中心の現場まで複数あります
目視検査項目については外観上の欠陥ストッパー等の部品の有無異物の有無沈殿や変色内容物の過不足など
あらかじめ決められている上入社後に23か月の丁寧な研修期間がありますので未経験の方でも全く問題ございません

スキル/実務経験
- 手順を遵守し医薬品の検査包装作業者として規則を守り適切な行動をとれる方
- 緻密な作業を根気よく続けていただける方
- 基本的なPCスキルワードエクセルを有する方
学歴
高卒以上
その他
医薬品化粧品食品などの検査包装業務の経験者歓迎
未経験の方でも丁寧にトレーニングを実施します

Salary Increase: Annually Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
