Role Overview: Manager Technical Solutions / Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & QA Leadership: Directing software quality assurance (QA) and engineering teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Deployment Coordination: Managing the planning scheduling and execution of software and infrastructure releases across the enterprise.

Technical Strategy: Implementing cutting-edge digital platforms reducing technical debt and managing non-production environments.

Agile & DevOps Adoption: Utilizing Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps methodologies to enhance release velocity and reliability.

Collaboration: Working across scrum teams and with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in IT Environment and Release Management ideally within a regulated environment.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Git and automated testing.

Tools: Familiarity with JIRA ServiceNow and configuration management tools.

Leadership: Strong capability to mentor engineers define strategies and lead in a fast-paced environment..
