Job Summary

Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing Services (ADCSNS)

In this position youre part of the team that leads Arden Woods primary activityproviding practical care in support of Christian Science healing. The ADCSN is aJournallisted Christian Science nurse with an active ministry that includes 6 years of varied experience in a Christian Science care facility. This role requires strong skills in communicating supervising coaching and correcting problem-solving decision-making and multi-tasking. You will co-manage the staff with the DCSNS work with scheduling and time-off requests ensure patient care plans are up to date support in patient rooms (if needed) and supervise at least once a week. Poise and grace are essential.

Requirements:

Is a member of The Mother Church and an active member of a branch church
Is Journal-listed with an active ministry that includes facility work
Is a strong team-builder and communicator supervisor and problem-solver
Expresses grace poise dominion and spiritual clarity
Effectively and comfortably manages multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to speak write and read English clearly and easily in order to be readily understood
