Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Account Managers provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. They assure effective distribution of our products and attainment of sales objectives by carrying out the duties/responsibilities of selling servicing and merchandising retailaccounts within assigned territories. This is a fast-paced physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

- Monday - Friday: Day Shift

Typical Duties:
- Follow SBGs 10 steps to a sales call.
- Establish and grow productive professional relationships with retail owners buyers managers and personnel.
- Strive to ensure all of our Companys retail execution standards are being met.
- Execute retail programs as defined by our Companys chain management and ensures planogram integrity.
- Reviewand adjustcustomer generated orders.
- Takeinventory and writereplenishment orders.
- Seekout opportunities and effectively sellin new product placements displays and resets.
- Refreshand rotateexisting product displaysand responsible for all merchandising activities.
- Execute the following:
- Organize product in the back room.
- Ensure product is rotated according to SBGs product quality standards.
- Fill U-Boats if necessary.
- Fill shelves and coolers from displays
- Attend resets in his or her accounts as requested by the Regional Director.
- Worksafely and followpolicies and procedures.
- Workcooperatively with delivery and merchandising support .
- Maintaincompliance with federal state and local laws and regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
QualificationsSkills & Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to problemsolve and influence others
- Knowledge of customers service standards
- Problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to maneuver 168 pound kegs and 35 pound cases on a regular basis
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
