This role is at Spirit AeroSystems Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company supporting Spirits Commercial Business Units (Spirit Commercial). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes one of Boeings three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercials core products include fuselages pylons nacelles and wing components with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Administer and provide physical security services for the purpose of safeguarding people the environment property and information consistently within company and government requirements
Responsible for access control patrolling emergency communication and response and traffic and parking enforcement
Assist in the investigations of reported incidents
Respond to alarms and emergencies and directs evacuations as needed
Deescalate/resolve conflicts and document incidents with high level of detail
Issue security citations
Identifies and report potentially hazardous situations
Provide protection for VIPs as needed
Provide support for special events and functions
Ensures compliance with companys written policies and procedures
Interfaces with government agencies local and federal law enforcement and with site Security and Fire management company management and employees customers vendors and suppliers to ensure understanding of and compliance with company rules and regulations
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ExpeBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

A minimum of five years of experience in a related field (Law Enforcement Security Fire EMS)
Current EMT certification (State or National) is preferred but not required
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
Must be able and willing to work any shift as well as other irregular hours weekends holidays evenings etc.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
