The Staffing Coordinator maintains the scheduling software to ensure only qualified resources with current mandatory competencies orientation and/or certifications work in the units where such requirements are relevant.
Responsibilities
- Organizing coordinating and deploying supplemental nursing resources to patient care areas across the Mount Carmel Health System.
- Participates in the scheduling software orientation of new associates in the health system
Requirements
- High School diploma GED or equivalent
- 2 years of hospital clerical or customer service experience preferred
- Prior experience with scheduling software preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility with work schedules. The office is open M-F from 5a-8pm and weekends and holidays from 5a-5p.
