Job Description: Remote Call Center Representative at Panno Realty

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding real estate inquiries appointments and follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns resolving issues and answering queries professionally.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update client profiles as.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and meetings with potential buyers or renters.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $25 to $27 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance paid time off and opportunities for career growth within the company.
