- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
