Job Description: Call Center Associate at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing customer support and resolving issues or inquiries promptly
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in the system
  • Following communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Meeting set KPIs for call quality productivity and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency

Desired Experience:

Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
