Job Summary
Job Description: Scrum Master at Charter Construction
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Support the Product Owner and development team in achieving project goals
- Remove impediments to the teams progress and help them reach high performance levels
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
- Monitor and track project progress using Agile tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and communicate project status
Essential Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards a common goal
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
- Experience with software development projects
