Job Description: Video Editor
Job Responsibilities:
The Video Editor at The Paloma will be responsible for:
- Editing and organizing raw footage to create high-quality video content
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging visual storytelling
- Incorporating music sound effects and graphics to enhance video projects
- Ensuring consistency and quality in all video content produced
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new editing technologies
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Film Production Video Editing or related field
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and editing principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Video Editor position should have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in video editing
- Experience working on commercial or promotional video projects
- Knowledge of color correction audio mixing and video compression techniques
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for the Video Editor position at The Paloma is between $76000 to $90000 per year. The selected candidate will also be eligible for benefits as per company policy.
