Job Summary

Sacred Heart School is seeking a compassionate dedicated and kind Paraprofessional to join our school community. This individual will work across all classrooms supporting students with learning differences helping each child reach their full potential in an environment rooted in Catholic values and academic Paraprofessional will work closely with classroom teachers and the learning support team to provide individualized assistance to students with learning differences throughout the school day. This includes supporting students during instruction small group work and independent activities as well as assisting with accommodations and modifications as outlined in each students learning plan. The Paraprofessional will help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and capable. Additional responsibilities include communicating regularly with teachers about student progress assisting with transitions throughout the school day and supporting students with organizational and social skills as needed.
