As a Security Officer - Factory Patrol in Toledo OR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors support access control and incident reporting and communicate clearly with site leadership and your team. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures post orders and reporting requirements at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas warehouses yards and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor gates doors and other controlled access points; verify credentials as required and document entries exits deliveries and contractor activity per site policy.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications and/or emergency response activities according to site direction.
• Complete detailed shift reports incident documentation and daily activity logs; communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
