UX/UI Designer

YOUR ROLE
- Integrate a design department for a consulting company where you will be expected to participate in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year.
- Capable of understanding research insights and translating them into design solution concepts by creating wireframes prototypes and user flows.
- Craft beautiful creative concepts which carefully detail the reasoning behind each choice of visual element such as color typography and other key visual elements.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and developers to ensure the usability feasibility and implementation of designs providing detailed design specifications and assets.
- Able to together with client business teams understand the business requirements for each feature and be able to translate them into a UX/UI design solution.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors Masters or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design Psychology Sociology Communications Marketing or a related field
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in working with Figma. Any other relevant software which might aid the design process will be valued.
