Job Summary
Associate Tax - Transfer Pricing
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business information from clients.
- Conduct market research under various industries.
- Research and consult with colleagues and/or superiors on transfer pricing and related matters.
- Assist in conducting benchmarking studies to compare intercompany pricing with industry standards.
- Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation.
- Assist clients in various industries in the conduct of transfer pricing services (e.g. prepare and file transfer pricing disclosure forms transfer pricing consultancy and compliance review assist in preparing submissions to tax authorities during tax audits.
- Assist in conducting internal risk clearance procedures for onboarding clients.
- Utilize appropriate skills and software to draft reports and other relevant forms documents and papers.
- Establish and enhance relationships with appropriate client personnel and officers of various government agencies.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients seniors managers and other members of the Firm.
- Provide effective conflict resolution as needed.
Requirements
- Registered in a professional body ICASL/CIMA/ACCA/CPA/ CMA or following any Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Flexibility to be able to work long hours if required.
- Committed to a two - years training program towards a recognised accounting designation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills prioritize and handle multiple tasks
