Job Summary
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings schematics and blueprints to determine required materials and dimensions.
- Fabrication & Assembly: Cut bend fold punch shear and weld materials to specifications.
- Machine Operation: Operate equipment including saws laser cutters press brakes and CNC machinery.
- Welding & Joining: Perform welding (MIG TIG Stick) and soldering to join components securely.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products measure components for accuracy and troubleshoot to ensure functionality.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict safety standards maintain a clean workspace and calibrate tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of metalworking processes welding techniques and machine Reading: Ability to interpret complex technical & Stamina: High level of physical stamina and manual -Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and fix faulty : Previous experience in manufacturing machine operation or welding is typically required.
