Description

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for our Global Compensation Team based in Gdynia Poland.

The Compensation and Benefits section is responsible for the delivery of compensation benefits time management and payroll processes within the DNV organization. The service ambition of the unit is to perform and further standardize global processes while delivering support which is tailored to the specific needs of business across different countries. You will also be engaged in various global projects where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas.

In your role you will be:

  • Managing end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes including coordination with external vendors.
  • Overseeing a broad range of employee benefitssuch as insurance pension and medical schemes and meal vouchersthrough accurate invoicing data management analysis and vendor communication.
  • Supporting salary adjustments and compensation programs including annual bonus cycles to ensure precise and timely execution.
  • Monitoring and analyzing external market trends and internal compensation data to support competitive pay and benefits practices.
  • Building strong partnerships with Business Representatives HR Partners HR Advisors across countries and internal teams in HR Administration IT and Finance to ensure consistent and accurate information flow.
  • Providing employee support on HR-related matters through a Case Management tool.
  • Contributing to global and regional standardization efforts identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and consistency and supporting strategic digitalization and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
To maximize your chances you need to have:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (Human Resources Business or Finance and related academic credentials preferred)
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in working within HR area with Compensation (preferred) or Payroll
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English is required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (advanced Excel) is required (Power Query Power BI and Power Apps as additional advantages)
  • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem solver with a passion for data integrity process definition and continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multitasking and dynamic environment
  • Team player with a high sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Knowledge of the HR system landscape (BMC Service Management Oracle HCM Oracle on-premise) will be an advantage
