Job Description Summary:

The Security Solution Architect partners closely with the sales team to design and deliver security driven solutions that accelerate customer success and revenue growth. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable architectures leveraging key IBM Z security principles architectures and policies. Acting as a trusted technical advisor the architect guides customers across EMEA through solution options leads discovery workshops and develops compelling technical narratives that support sales strategies. They ensure solution feasibility optimise performance and align designs with best practices. Working cross functionally with engineering product and sales leadership the architect helps shape account strategy and drives adoption of innovative security orientated solutions that meet customer needs and drive solutions that accelerate customer success and revenue growth. KeyExperience

Extensive experience (15 years) managingsecurity controlsthroughRACFACF2Top Secret.

Led modernisation initiatives integrating mainframe security with hybrid/multi-cloud and zero-trust architectures.

Ownership &successfulimplementation of security roadmap andnewtechnologyadoptioninto a mainframe environmentwithinbanking financialservicesinsuranceorsimilarindustry.

Proventrack recordof extensivesuccessful projects in a technical pre-sales remitfortop global banksfinancialservicesinstitutionsor similar industry.

Extensive background in security policies encryption standardsencryption privileged access management and vulnerabilitymanagement in an IBMZ environment.

Leadand developed strategies forrisk assessments security reviews and ESM conversions for mainframe assets.

KeyResponsibilities

Deliver compellingimpactfuland influential presentationsto CISO other Clevelpersonasandchief security architects to ensure their key considerations are addressed through evidence based detailed industry knowledge.

Master the Rocket security portfolio from a sales and technicalstandpointto build confidence inprospectsso that the journey frominitialengagement toimplementation is clear andin line with business priorities.

Act as subject matter expert todemonstratehow Rocket solutionsimpactrisk and compliance on EMEA/Globalsecurity regulations.

Lead projects both conceptually and technically through hands-on productexpertise.

Act as strategical advisor to key accounts running large enterprise mainframe environments.

Develop and influence customer security strategybased on extensive industry and technicalexperiencetopositionRocket Software as preferred vendor.

Lead cross-functional teams and drive large transformational initiativesalongside key strategical customers.

Build long standing relationships with Rockets most valuable customers.

KeyQualifications

Certifications such as CISSP CCSP CISM SABSA or TOGAFconsidered.
