Job Summary
Greeley CDJR is seeking a highly skilled Full Detailer / Full Detail Manager to oversee and perform all vehicle detailing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all Used and customer vehicles meet dealership quality standards for cleanliness appearance and presentation. The ideal candidate has strong detailing expertise leadership skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage workflow and staff while maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Detailing & Quality Control
Perform full interior and exterior detailing on Used and customer vehicles
Wash wax polish buff and apply protective coatings (sealants ceramic etc.)
Deep clean interiors including carpets upholstery leather plastics and headliners
Remove stains odors pet hair and heavy soil buildup
Restore headlights trim and minor cosmetic reconditioning as needed
Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery
Management & Leadership
Manage detailing workflow and prioritize vehicles for sales and service departments
Train supervise and schedule detail staff
Maintain productivity standards and ensure deadlines are met
Enforce safety procedures and proper chemical handling
Provide coaching and feedback to detail team members
Inventory & Equipment
Order and manage detailing supplies chemicals tools and equipment
Maintain detailing equipment and ensure proper functionality
Track inventory and control costs
Customer & Dealership Support
Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
Work closely with sales and service teams to meet delivery timelines
Handle customer detail requests and resolve quality concerns
Maintain a clean organized detailing area and wash bay
Qualifications
2 years of professional automotive detailing experience (managerial experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of detailing products tools and techniques
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to stand bend lift and work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Skills
Experience with ceramic coatings paint correction and buffing
Leadership or supervisory experience
Basic mechanical or cosmetic reconditioning knowledge
Customer service experience in a dealership environment
