Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the premises
Long-term position ASAP start
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a wonderful primary school in Merton with an ASAP start on a long-term basis. This is a key operational role ensuring the site remains safe secure and well presented for pupils staff and visitors.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for site maintenance health & safety compliance security procedures and contractor supervision. You will manage routine inspections oversee minor repairs and ensure the school grounds and buildings are maintained to a high standard. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school.
This role would suit someone practical organised and confident managing a busy primary school site independently.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities Manager (school experience desirable)

Practical maintenance and organisational skills
Reliable proactive and able to manage workload effectively
