SAP SD and MM Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP SD & MM Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience in AMS support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in Sales & Distribution and Materials Management modules with hands-on experience in resolving incidents handling service requests and implementing minor enhancements. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day AMS support for SAP SD and MM modules including incident resolution service requests and minor enhancements.
• Analyse and troubleshoot issues related to sales procurement inventory shipping billing and pricing processes.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD/MM settings to support business operations.
• Monitor and manage IDoc/EDI interfaces and resolve related issues.
• Work on integration points with other SAP modules such as FI PP QM and WM.
• Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing Integration Testing and UAT.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as Functional Specs Configuration Documents and Test Scripts.
• Support change management and deployment activities.
• Stay updated with SAP best practices and new functionalities especially in S/4HANA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP SD and MM modules with a strong AMS support background.
• Solid understanding of core SD processes: Order to Cash (OTC) pricing billing shipping credit management and ATP.
• Strong knowledge of MM processes: Procure to Pay (P2P) inventory management material master and vendor management.
• Experience in handling special business scenarios like Intercompany Sales STO Consignment Third-Party Sales MTO/MTS.
• Familiarity with RICEFW objects and enhancement techniques.
• Good understanding of IDoc/EDI processes and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with global stakeholders.
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation or rollout project is a plus.
• Exposure to S/4HANA is desirable.
