Job Title:CDL Driver - Mesa Arizona

Job purpose:
The Driver will be responsible for transporting packages tools prefabrication etc. to and from local destinations in a timely manner and assist with other miscellaneous duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Driving and deliveries:
- Transport any and all deliveries to and from local job sites or other destinations
- Research and plan for traffic construction etc. to ensure on time arrival.
- Loading and unloading packages and materials into vehicle
- Packing and unpacking of packages
Misc. Warehouse duties:
- Material handling and staging
- Inventory materials received deployed current stock tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Valid ADOT CDL-A Drivers license required
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Experience driving a large vehicle Min 16 flatbed truck.
- Ability to safely secure loads and equipment within the vehicles at all times.
- Ability to safely operate straight mast and industrial style forklifts.
- Ability to work independently and work well with others in a multi-functional environment.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral and schedule form.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Driver to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The Driver is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Typical working hours may vary. Generally Monday Friday during normal business hours but when deadlines approach working extended hours including some weekend work may be required.
