Now Hiring CDL Operators with Hydro Excavation Experience - Morenci AZ & West Side Phoenix Mining Operations

AIMS Companies is hiring experienced CDL Operators to support hydro excavation and industrial services at major mining sites in Morenci AZ and the west side Phoenix mines. This role involves operating hydro vac trucks performing industrial cleaning and supporting utility and excavation work in active mining environments.

Pay: $24/hr (Pay is competitive and based on experience)

What Youll Do

• Operate hydro excavation trucks for potholing trenching daylighting and utility locating
• Support mining operations with slurry removal tailings area work and industrial cleaning
• Safely manage high pressure water systems (up to 3000 PSI)
• Complete job tickets logs and digital documentation
• Follow MSHA OSHA DOT and company safety procedures
• Work as part of a 2 person crew with strong communication
• Travel between mine sites; occasional overnight stays depending on project needs

Minimum Requirements

• Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Ability to safely operate hydro vac and industrial equipment
• 21 years old
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Pass pre employment drug screen & background check
• CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in mine site conditions (heat dust elevation PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hydro excavation or vacuum truck experience
• Prior mining industrial services or heavy construction experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve in fast paced high hazard environments

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in active mining areas
• Exposure to heat dust chemicals and industrial hazards
• Requires bending climbing lifting and wearing full PPE
• Occasional overnight travel
