Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead based in Alpharetta GA to act as the primary engineering and delivery leader for our Salesforce and fullstack initiatives. This role is hands-on requiring strong technical depth and the ability to build scale and lead a high-performing engineering team.
The ideal candidate will drive technical execution across Salesforce (preferably Agentforce) Python backend development Angular UI engineering and analytics integrations while closely collaborating with US stakeholders and India-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform hands-on development across Salesforce (Agentforce preferred) Python backend and Angular frontend.
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery solution architecture and engineering execution.
  • Build mentor and scale a high-performing engineering team.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders and offshore (IN) teams with overlapping time zones.
  • Architect and develop Python microservices REST APIs and backend data processing solutions.
  • Deliver responsive modular maintainable UI using Angular HTML CSS and TypeScript.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce backend services and analytics/data platforms.
  • Provide technical design code reviews best practice enforcement and engineering governance.
  • Produce clear communication stakeholder updates and executive-level reporting.
  • Work effectively in Core Banking Financial Services or Wealth Management domains.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1015 years of relevant engineering and leadership experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:Salesforce (Agentforce preferred)Python backend developmentAngular frontend development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of:Python microservices REST APIs data handlingAngular HTML CSS TypeScriptModern agent desktop frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong collaboration with US stakeholders and offshore teams.
  • Domain experience in Banking Financial Services or Wealth/Asset Management.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and reporting skills.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals:Technical design-Code reviewsBest practices and engineering hygiene andTeam mentoring

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with global product teams or large-scale programs.
  • Exposure to analytics AI/ML enablement or data engineering.
  • Salesforce certifications or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience with large enterprise digital transformation programs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 96366 - 150000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national state provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini in good faith believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives bonuses or commissions depending on the position and applicable laws.
