Exciting opportunity for a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing mission-driven team serving children in Johnson Creek and surrounding communities. This unique role offers a blend of Birth to 3 (early intervention) services and outpatient pediatric therapy allowing you to support children and families across natural environments and clinic settings.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through early intervention and outpatient care while working within a collaborative and supportive therapy team.
As a pediatric SLP in this role you will:
Provide play-based evidence-informed therapy in home community and clinic settings
Support infants toddlers and young children with speech language and feeding needs
Partner closely with families using a coaching model in Birth to 3
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IFSP-aligned for B-3 and clinic-based plans for outpatient)
This position is ideal for a clinician who values early intervention family-centered care and functional meaningful outcomes.
