Description: The Arnold Group is seeking a highly skilled Machinist I for a manufacturing client in the Emporia area. This position is responsible for interpreting blueprints determining machining processes programming CNC equipment performing complex setups and independently producing precision parts from start to finish. This is a high-level machining role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work without assistance.
Job Requirements:
10 years of machining experience
Advanced CNC programming skills
Ability to determine machining sequence from blueprints
Experience troubleshooting machining and tooling issues
Proficiency operating multiple machine types (mills and lathes preferred)
Strong knowledge of shop math and precision measuring equipment
Mastercam experience preferred
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: MondayThursday 5:00am to 3:30pm (1st Shift) or MondayThursday 3:30pm to 2:00am (2nd Shift). Some overtime may be required.
