Position Summary
The Assistant Dean of Experiential Education reports to the Dean and is responsible for the overall direction performance growth implementation and assessment of the Residency-in-Practice Program (Residency). The Assistant Dean also works closely with the law schools Vice Dean Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assistant Dean of Career and Student Development on the administration of the Residency. The Assistant Dean will also oversee law school externships in conjunction with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

Minimum Required Education and Experience
J.D. degree or its equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience
Some experience working in education or with law students.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong administrative interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Teams Excel and Outlook as well as comfort working with data.
