Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quoting Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Quoting Specialist you will be responsible for managing and quoting small business to mid-market accounts working closely with underwriters when necessary and contributing to the growth of the commercial lines portfolio. Compensation Package
- Competitive salary: $80000 - $125000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business including 450-500 accounts ranging from $150K to $30M.
- Handle quoting for new business focusing on small business to mid-market accounts.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and competitive quotes.
- Work closely with two Account Executives and leadership to drive new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service to clients in Commercial Lines Personal Lines and Benefits.
- Act as a solution-oriented professional addressing client needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain accountability for achieving new business targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in quoting for new business is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters.
- A driven and motivated mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of accounts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience provided they demonstrate a strong work ethic and a solution-focused approach.
