The Business Partner Talent Experiencewill work in partnership to create alignment between People & Culture and assigned division(s)/department(s) with a focus on the Talent Experience. The Business Partner Talent Experience will provide human resourcesexpertiseand consulting to foster a strong inclusive company culture. The Business Partner Talent Experience willfacilitatekey organizational health and engagement initiatives with assigned division(s)/departments. The Business Partner Talent Experience will effectively coach andfacilitateresolution to complex employee relations issues support people managers in performance management and advise on talent/succession planning. The Business Partner Talent Experience will be an ambassador across the organization and is expected to provide exceptional customer service. This position is a member of the Leadership Council. This position isdesignatedas essential and must work during times of emergencies.
The ideal candidate brings aBachelors degree in Human Resourcesor related field and a minimum of fiveyearsprofessional HR experience in employee relations. Theydemonstratestrong workethicwith a high degree of integrity and mature business judgment. Strong ability to collaboratively engage with leaders and negotiate conflict whilemaintainingworking relationships at all levels is essential. They are a motivated self-starter resilient and able to navigate and lead through change with the ability to manage high volumes of work. Advanced problem solving time management decision-making skills and advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities arerequired. Mastery in MS Word and Outlook withproficiencyin Excel and HRIS systems is critical for success in this role.
This position requires aBachelors degree in Human Resourcesor related field and a minimum of fiveyearsprofessional HR experience in employee relations. SHRM or HRCI Certification is a plus.
