Job Summary

Position: Business Analyst (ARGO Platform)

Location: Dallas TX Charlotte NC Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

Long term Contract

Seeking Business Analyst with good experiences working in Retail branch Banking/Teller operations.

Experience in Retail Banking Core Banking Teller and Deposits
Experience on ARGO teller/platform system
Must have Retail branch banking experience in Teller/Deposits/Gift cards module

Role Designation Consultant

As a consultant you will be a key player directly augmenting the clients teams ability to refine features Support UAT preparations and partner effectively with business technology and compliance stakeholders.

You will be responsible for helping discover and define the changes to support the core modernization evaluating the solution options and making recommendations in the area of consumer and business transactional banking account maintenance general ledger entries etc. You will also need to create required documentation to support the recommended changes.

You will need to conduct Gap analysis against existing UAT test bed with system procedure manuals for the banks teller branch platform and gift card systems and create test scripts to ensure complete coverage by reviewing the changes. Assist the team in test execution activities managing traceability assisting in progress reporting and program management activities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Location for this position is Dallas (TX) Atlanta (GA) and Charlotte (NC). Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Experiences:

At least 5 years experience as BA in Retail Banking Core Banking Teller and Deposits
Experience on ARGO teller/platform system
Domain Expertise: Must have Retail branch banking experience in Teller/Deposits/Gift cards module.
5 years of experience with defining and implementing core modernization programs in the Banking industry.
Ability to perform Requirement gathering Mapping current business processes Performing gap analysis impact analysis and solution design activities.
Strong documentation skills for the various documentations involved in the project life cycle
Ability to perform testing activities including test script creation and execution aligned to the business requirement by referring to the operational manuals.
Ability to create and maintain requirement traceability matrix manage change requests and have these raised and prioritized in the demand forums.
Strong proficiency in System Query Language (SQL)
At least 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Scaled Agile) as a Business Analyst
Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer developer etc.)
Demonstrated understanding of Database structures
Lead Agile ceremonies backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience with Scrum and Product management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
