Job Summary

Position Title: IBM Curam Business Analyst

Work Location: Columbia SC - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote).

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

Talk to business teams to understand their problems
Write down requirements clearly
Help IT understand what needs to be built or changed
Improve current processes
Help design better workflows
Document business rules and system changes
Support testing teams
Identify risks or issues early
Work with vendors and government stakeholders
Help decide whether to build a system or buy one
Maintain documentation in a central system.

Required Qualifications:

1 year of business analysis experience IBM Curam software
1 year experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or related duties (experience eliciting mining and documenting business rules processes)
2 years Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance experience
Understanding of business modeling techniques including the use of graphical process flow software

Education:
Bachelors degree in a technical business or healthcare field.
