The Position
Were looking for a driven competitive and relentless Global Sales Development Director to own pipeline generation worldwide. This is a builders role scaling and leading SDR teams in multiple regions creating a world-class outbound motion and using AI-driven targeting to dominate our markets.
Youll partner with global Sales and Marketing leadership to deliver predictable measurable results. The right leader will have a track record of exceeding SDR-sourced pipeline goals grow high-performing teams and build outbound programs from the ground up. This role seeks a decisive direct leader who balances empathy with expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Scale & lead high-performing SDR teams across AMER EMEA and APAC.
- Architect and launch a global outbound playbook that consistently beats pipeline targets.
- Drive KPI discipline conversion rates meeting quality speed-to-lead and pipeline coverage.
- Executive-Level Communication & Forecasting by presenting timely pipeline analytics SDR performance dashboards and predictive forecasts to senior leadership (VP-level). Own capacity planning ramp analysis and forecast models using real data to guide hiring and scaling decisions.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to align on territory plans campaigns and strategic accounts.
- Master OPSWATs full product portfolio understanding each products value proposition interrelations and their application within vertical industries.
- Proven track record designing standardizing and continuously refining global lead nurturing cadences for both inbound and outbound motion.
- Use AI-powered segmentation (intent data predictive scoring ICP refinement) to target the right accounts at the right time with the right message.
- Recruit coach and retain top SDR talent build future sales leaders.
- Optimize the tech stack SalesLoft Salesforce ZoomInfo 6sense LinkedIn Sales Navigator for maximum productivity.
What We Need From You
- 7 years in sales development / inside sales 3 years leading global SDR teams.
- Proven ability to build and scale outbound motions in high-growth B2B tech (cybersecurity a plus).
- Experience managing distributed multicultural teams across regions.
- Strong command of AI-driven prospecting and data-led decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership presence inspires performance drives accountability and builds culture.
- Obsessed with metrics. Relentless about results.
