Key Responsibilities Billable / Substantive Legal Work -
Draft pleadings discovery requests and responses legal correspondence and reports

Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries and findings

Assist attorneys with case strategy analysis and litigation preparation

Prepare exhibits timelines document summaries and case chronologies
-
Support trial-ready materials including binders witness lists and filings
-
E-file pleadings in state and federal courts
-
Review organize and manage case documents for active litigation matters
Administrative & Operational Support -
Maintain attorney calendars deadlines and litigation dockets
-
Communicate professionally with courts opposing counsel and vendors
-
Set up and manage electronic case files following firm and client protocols
-
Reconcile attorney expenses and coordinate with accounting for accurate billing
-
Assist with client reporting and compliance requirements
-
Coordinate occasional travel and logistics for attorneys
-
Support general office operations as needed during case activity
Key Qualifications -
Bachelors or Associate degree required; Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in a litigation-focused law firm environment

Experience in insurance coverage or defense litigation highly preferred

Strong knowledge of court procedures e-filing and litigation workflows

Ability to perform substantive legal work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent writing proofreading and research abilities

High attention to detail strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint

Ability to work fully on-site in Yardley PA
