Job Summary

Job Description:
The General Anesthesiologist will:

Join a collaborative team of 50 employed anesthesiologists practicing across:

Level I Trauma Center
Level III Trauma Center
Outpatient Surgical Center

Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of cases including:

High-acuity trauma
Obstetrics (OB)
Major spine procedures
General surgery
Vascular surgery
Thoracic surgery
Orthopedics
ENT
Gynecology
Urology
Gastrointestinal procedures

Deliver high-quality patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Participate in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance
Collaborate closely with surgeons advanced practice providers nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
Optionally participate in leadership and teaching opportunities (not required)
Contribute to a culture of teamwork mutual respect and shared success

Compensation and Benefits:

With a Base Salary worth up to $469000 $520000 annually
$20000 starting bonus
Additional income opportunities through extra shift availability
Relocation package may be available for qualified candidates
Paid malpractice coverage
Quality Incentive Bonus: Up to $30000 annually
