Job Summary
All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. First time travelers accepted 2 Yr EXP Must be open to floating to other campuses Patient Age Group: Adolescents Adults Geriatrics Work Setting Experience: - Pulmonary Function Test Lab (PREFERRED) - Adult Critical Care ED PICU Peds (REQUIRED) Airway Management Devices/Suctioning - Extubation Intubation Assist Nasal airway placement Nasal airway suctioning Oral airway placement Oropharyngeal/suctioning Sputum specimen collection Tracheostomy/suctioning Medication Administration: - Albuterol Atrovent Combivent Flovent Inhaled Flolan Inhaled steroids Isuprel Lidocaine Mucomyst Nitric Oxide (INo) Perforomist Pulmicort Racemic epinephrine Spiriva Terbutaline Sulfate Theophylline Tobramycin Xopenex Medication Delivery Systems: - Aerosol set up mask Aerosol set up trach Medihaler Metered dose inhaler Nebulizer: - Cold Hand held Heated Ultrasonic T-piece Trach collar Ventilator Management: - BiPAP Flow-by CPAP High frequency oscillator Troubleshooting high pressure alarms Weaning from mechanical ventilation Ventilators - Draeger Servo I (REQUIRED) Professional Knowledge and Skills: - ABG interpretation Basic EKG Licenses/Certs (REQUIRED): ACLS BLS NRP PALS RRT Scrubs: Any Weekend Coverage is Variable - Typically Every Other Weekend Coverage
