OFFICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Bárd na nGleann a leading provider of technical writing services is looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join the team. This is a great role for someone who is highly motivated organised and would love to work with an international company and co-ordinate and monitor office operations. It will ideally suit an experienced administrator who is looking for that next step in their career in a role in a fast-paced company.
This is a full-time position- 32 hours per week- over 4 days.
This role will be based at our Bárd offices in Ballingeary for an initial training period of 3 months with a hybrid option there after.
About the job:
liaising with multiple stakeholders
processing payroll
supporting the existing Office Manager and H.R Manager as required
building strong relationships with other staff
dealing with people (other staff candidates clients etc) in a professional courteous and friendly manner whilst maintaining a positive approach
emails typing filing handling post
other general administrative duties
What were looking for:
previous administration/accounting experience
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
experience with Xero
ability to prioritise workloads effectively
positive and friendly with the ability to work well equally as part of team or independently
excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
a confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
highly organised with a systematic approach
ability to prioritise multiple projects/conflicting priorities
strong PC /IT and Microsoft office skills
a positive can-do attitude to work
a self- starter reliable and discreet
