Job Summary
About the Role
The Motion & Post-Production Manager is accountable for leading the endtoend operations and delivery of Sportsbets motion design capabilities ensuring worldclass creative execution across all channels and formats.
The role sets a clear creative and operational vision elevates production standards and drives continuous innovation in how Sportsbets brand product and value comes to life through motion design.
Youll partners closely with leaders across Brand & Advertising and Social to ensure production workflows resource allocation and creative output meet the needs of a fastpaced dynamic entertainment environment. The role also champions modernisation efficiency and emerging capabilities throughAIenabled production automation programs and process improvementacross all production functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and prioritisation of agreed program of work (in alignment with key social content brand & advertising)
- Oversight of production & post-production processes
- Direct resources in alignment to agreed content strategies
- Champion the integration of AI tools and processes to drive production efficiency while ensuring all marketing assets meet high quality standards
- Conduct regular 1-1s to ensure all team members have a development plan
- Innovate and evolve the future direction of motion design
About You
- 5 years of experience working in a production team with experience managing people
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Deep knowledge of motion design production processes
- Experience managing end to end production workflows
