The Technical Program Manager 1 is a career level professional role that is responsible not only for program delivery but also for designing building and operating AI-powered and agentic tools that increase program management productivity (e.g. automated status reporting risk detection dependency mapping and workflow orchestration). This position works with product managers development managers architects software and infrastructure engineering resources and other key stakeholders.
The incumbent will own AI tool delivery end-to-endfrom prototype through secure scalable deploymentensuring solutions meet expectations for timeline cost reliability and measurable outcomes by coordinating the activities of inter-division/departmental teams to successfully develop those solutions.
These solutions consist of production-quality AI solutions using standard AI tools and modern software engineering practices.
Programs/Projects managed have global impact to the organizations operations.

Design develop test and deploy AI agentic tools that automate program management workflows to implement AI solutions.
Provide leadership during solution development and deployment.
Ensure the requirements of the program/project from inception to delivery are identified and followed.
Manages risks and dependencies drives on-time delivery and proactively helps resolve impediments and keep projects on track.
Assist program leaders in validating project/program scope schedule resource plans and statements of work
Coordinates work effort to complete solutions according to commitments and approved standards across a number of teams
Participate with project leadership in oversight prioritization and delivery of work.
Assist in project reviews to assess schedule delivery business outcomes and process adherence.
Provide continuous assessment of project risks with mitigation approaches and dependency management
Education and experience:
This job operates in a professional office environment. To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment
Preferred:
Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications using LLMs and agentic approaches including prompt/tool design retrieval techniques and evaluation/validation of model outputs for accuracy and reliability.
