Description- Provides high-level space ISR expertise and direct counsel to senior-level leadership on issues including multi-intelligence capabilities
- Provides national security recommendations to facilitate government direction acquisition oversight and programmatic recommendations for space ISR programs supporting the DoW and IC
- Provide strategic guidance to DoW customer to support interaction with Congress including assisting in the drafting of testimony drafting of responses to congressionally directed actions and drafting appeals to related Congressional budget marks.
- Represent client positions and equities in ISR requirements and programming efforts including capability-based assessments DoW and IC studies and other efforts as applicable.
- Perform technical reviews and conduct research and analysis; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents; prepare briefs talking papers memoranda and letters in the form of OSW staff packages and other duties as required
- Gathers synthesizes reviews and/or prepares background information and read ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding space ISR policies programs and activities
- Support the Airborne and Space ISR team throughout the PPBE process to include participation in the OUSW(I&S) focus teams the development of issue papers and other PPBE related activities
- Manage electronic file management on multiple systems (NIPR SIPR JWICs) to ensure proper file management according to NARA rules and regulations for file retention and management
Requirements- TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
- 5 years of experience supporting space ISR programs within the DoW
- Experience supporting DoD or IC staff-level processes including PPBE requirements programming or budget development activities.
- Experience preparing or contributing to executive-level briefings issue papers staff packages or decision memoranda for senior government leadership.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Good communicationskills self-starter mindset.
- Professionalproficiencyin English isrequired.
- Demonstratedproficiencyin using all Microsoft Office applications.
