Description

The Financial Analyst is a data-driven professional responsible for analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators across finance sales marketing and operations. This role transforms raw data into clear actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting to executive leadership the Analyst partners cross-functionally to identify trends improve reporting processes and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and interpret financial and operational data to evaluate business performance
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring performance reports
Identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement
Build data models visualizations and reports using Excel Power BI and SQL
Audit and maintain data integrity across enterprise systems
Support budgeting forecasting and operational analysis initiatives
Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Contribute to improvements in reporting tools data structures and business intelligence processes

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Computer Science or related field
2 years of experience in financial analysis reporting or data analytics
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookups formulas modeling)
Experience with Power BI SQL and data visualization tools
Strong understanding of data integrity reporting methodologies and business intelligence concepts
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
