Job Summary

Role: NOC support engineer - (AWS Linux Shell/Bash/Python)Experience: 3 to 5 YearsWork location: Hinjewadi PuneWork mode: Hybrid Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor system health alerts dashboards and logs using standard monitoring  first-level and second-level troubleshooting on  runbooks for known issues and escalate when  basic Linux troubleshooting (logs services disk/CPU/memory checks).Run and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and issue  with AWS services (EC2 RDS S3 CloudWatch) for routine checks and  incident details resolution steps and maintain knowledge base  timely updates to stakeholders and ensure proper shift  with L2/L3 teams for deeper analysis and RCA contributions.(Optional) Build scripts to automate repetitive checks or  to Have –Automation/Scripting:Bash Python PowerShell (any scripting experience is a plus).Experience with CI/CD  knowledge of Docker/ of ITIL  RequirementsComfortable with 24×7 rotational  to join on-call rotation for critical incidents.
