Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Application Support Engineer to provide dedicated support for enterprise applications including HRMS ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance in a fast-paced automotive services environment. This role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience and strong technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for HRMS ERP (VoyonWings) and CRM systems including issue resolution user training and system maintenance.
Develop execute and optimize SQL queries for data extraction reporting and troubleshooting across databases.
Manage biometric device integration for attendance tracking including device configuration data synchronization and error handling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates patches and enhancements.
Monitor application performance generate reports and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Document support processes incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
3-5 years of proven experience in application support for HRMS ERP or CRM systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL commands and queries (highly desirable; experience with MS SQL Server preferred).
Hands-on experience with biometric attendance devices and tracking systems (e.g. integration with eSSL or similar).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Required Skills
Proficiency in application troubleshooting database management and user support.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system optimization.
Strong communication skills for interacting with end-users and vendors.
Ability to work in shifts if required for 24/7 system support.
